Tamia’s Skin Studio is a results-driven corrective skincare studio, not a “random facial” service.

All new clients are required to:

✔️ Book a Virtual Glow Consultation

✔️ Submit clear skin photos (front, left, right in natural lighting)

✔️ Follow a customized skincare routine

🚫 Services will NOT be performed without consultation approval.

This ensures:

• Proper skin diagnosis

• Safe treatment planning

• Real, long-term results

• A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments

• Remaining balance is due before or at the time of service

• Accepted payments: Card, digital payments, approved methods

🚫 No deposit = No appointment

We respect your time—please respect ours.

• 48-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule

• Less than 48 hours = deposit forfeited

• Same-day cancellations = 100% of service charged

Failure to show up without communication will result in:

• 100% charge of service

• Immediate ban from future bookings

• 10-minute grace period

• After 10 minutes = appointment canceled or shortened

Clients are expected to:

✔️ Use recommended/professional products

✔️ Avoid mixing random products

To maintain results:

• Clients are strongly encouraged to use professional skincare products recommended during consultation

We do not advise or troubleshoot routines using random OTC products.

• One facial will NOT fix long-term skin conditions

• Corrective skincare requires consistency + commitment

We focus on:

For mobile services:

• Travel fee required

• Clean, quiet, and safe environment must be provided

• Proper space/setup required

• Is disrespectful

• Does not follow policies
